Our automated voice answering service was failing and automatically redirecting to an operator. This was due to a 3rd party outage outside of our control. We are in the process of migrating off of that provider in order to offer more redundancy. Most customers experienced minor delays in answering calls. Some customers with specific circumstances experienced call failures.
