On the morning of October 15, we experienced an unexpected system issue that affected customer logins and emergency processing. The first indication of an issue was detected by our automated tests at 6:35am MT.

We immediately engaged our internal teams to troubleshoot during which we discovered an expired certificate. The errors we received did not indicate the root cause which ultimately delayed the resolution to the problem. During the process of restoring service we needed to redeploy and restore data. After thorough testing to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system, customer access was fully restored by 12:05pm MT.
